Jon Cook, PT, DPT, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
Jon is a native of northern Arizona, born in Flagstaff and raised in Winslow. After graduating from Winslow High School, Jon earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science and later his doctoral degree in physical therapy from Northern Arizona University. He also has earned an MBA in healthcare leadership. After graduating, Jon went to work for Northern Arizona Healthcare as a physical therapist, and later moved into management, serving as the director of EntireCare.
Jon joined the RHNA team in June of 2021. He is happy to give back to the communities in which he was raised by striving to build a hospital that not only provides high quality care for it’s patients, but also is a preferred place of employment. Jon’s philosophy is to give respect to all people. Jon also believes that healthcare providers are in a position in which they can develop positive relationships with their patients in order to give them the care and education they need in order to optimize their health. Jon also believes strongly in the patient-centered model of care.
Matt Braun, CCC-SLP, Director of Patient Outcomes
After earning his Master’s Degree in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University, Matt has worked in the medical setting for about 10 years, with the majority of those years in a rehabilitation hospital. During his career, Matt has not only found the value in building relationships with patients and their families, but also understands the importance of an interdisciplinary team to promote the best possible outcomes for all patients.
After traveling as a speech-language pathologist across the United States for two years, Matt has seen a variety of therapy approaches and management styles. With his advancement to the role of Director of Therapy Operations, Matt is excited to implement what he has learned along his way in providing a supportive and nurturing therapeutic environment.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family in a variety of outdoor activities.
Stephanie Earl, Director of Pharmacy
Stephanie is part of the integrated team of nurses, physicians, therapists, and other providers who ensure safe and effective medication use and optimization of medications to facilitate the rehabilitation process.
Stephanie has been a Flagstaff resident for over twenty years and a pharmacist for over thirty. She has focused her career on hospital pharmacy and helping underserved patient populations. She has held leadership positions in hospital pharmacy, behavioral health, managed care, and clinical management of diabetes patients over the years and brings a wealth of experience to the RHNA team.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Utah and has subsequently earned specialty certifications in Pharmacotherapy, Psychiatric Pharmacy, and Ambulatory Care from the American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
Bridget Fusselman, Director of Compliance
Bridget Fusselman is a Flagstaff native with 11 years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse, with a background in management, education, and leadership. She has an MSN in leadership and management and has a passion for developing growth in others to increase their skills, knowledge, and performance. Bridget leverages a strong teamwork and leadership background to exceed goals, metrics, and key performance indicators at the individual, team, and organization levels. She strives to provide the best and safest patient care to help others reach their greatest potential.
Bridget enjoys being a wife and mother to her two precious children. As a family, they enjoy spending time together outdoors, on the water, and going on adventures. Making lasting memories with one another is what she and her family appreciate most.
Jeremiah Minter, Director of Facilities Management
Jeremiah has over 15 years of experience in facilities management, specializing in The Joint Commission and Arizona Department of Health Services auditing and inspections. He is dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of anyone who enters our building. Jeremiah finds it very motivating to be a speaker at conventions across the state, such as the annual Arizona Health Care Association.
Jeremiah is a well-known and respected member of our community. In his free time, Jeremiah enjoys coaching his son’s football team and boating with his family.
Claudia Mata, Director of Human Resources
Claudia is a human resources director with seven years of experience in hiring and employee management, with five of those in healthcare human resources. Claudia has a degree in business management and is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Claudia’s experience spans working in large 350-bed acute hospitals to working in rehabilitation hospitals, such as RHNA.
Claudia is new to Arizona and is looking forward to learning all about Flagstaff and surrounding areas.
Donna Ray, MBA, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Donna was born in southern Utah and grew up in a small town right on the border of Arizona and Utah. She graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Donna later earned a master’s of business administration with a healthcare emphasis from Western Governor’s University. Donna came to RHNA from Northern Arizona Healthcare where she worked for six years providing business support to nursing departments at Verde Valley Medical Center, before transitioning to EntireCare and supporting both outpatient and acute physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
In her free time, Donna enjoys camping and fishing with her husband, daughter, and three dogs.
